We are always looking out for dedicated volunteers to help out at Epsom Hospital Radio.
At the moment, we are particularly looking for presenters who are interested in presenting the following types of show....
Whether you want to be a presenter, producer or ward visitor, Epsom Hospital Radio will give you all the training you need, all you need is an interest in radio, an open head and the desire to learn.
We are looking for a continued commitment from all our volunteers and we regret that we can not offer temporary work experience placements of any kind.
Many of our volunteers at Epsom Hospital Radio have years of experience not only with Epsom Hospital Radio but also with other big and small radio stations and bring together a wealth of experience from tips to planning your show or planning a play list to maintaining the equipment in the studios and the science behind various aspects of radio.

If you meet the above criteria and wish to continue, please complete the open evening request form at the bottom of the page saying that you wish to attend an open evening.
We will then contact you via email with further details and the dates of the next open evening, which are run on an ad-hoc basis.
If you sucessfully compete the application process, you will be paired up with an existing presenter who will become your mentor and work with you throughout the training process. On attending your first training session with your mentor, you will be required to bring with you, your non-refundable £30 joining fee / subscription which contributes towards your training as well as the running cost of the radio station (a registered charity) and must be paid in full prior to your training commencing.
