How To Book Epsom Hospital Radio to provide music for your event
Why not consider hiring our outside broadcast equipment and team to provide the entertainment for your event?
We provide equipment and entertainment for many school and village fetes around the North Surrey and South West London area, and more locally we cover events such as:
- The annual Epsom 10K run
- Here Comes The Summer from Ewell Court House
- The Effingham Firework display
- Local 5-a-side football tournaments
We don't just do small events either, in July 2012 we were very proud to have compered at Dorking's Big Weekend, a large event held in Dorking's Town Centre on the Saturday of the Mens' Olympic Road Race which passed by the event. The venue housed two large screens and a festival sized PA system provided by another company. Two presenters from Epsom Hospital Radio kept up the mood of a crowd averaging 6000 throughout the afternoon, talking to various sports exhibitors and even introducing the Olympic mascots.
As well as providing Outside broadcast we can provide the equipment and DJ’s for a party or corporate event. You can be guaranteed a first class service.
So if you are planning a school fete, village fair, firework display, disco, party, or any other event in Ewell, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Stoneleigh, Esher, Oxshott, Cheam, Sutton, Chessington and Banstead, Kingston, Croydon, Guildford, Woking or anywhere else near Epsom, look no further, our DJ's here at Epsom Hospital Radio are all you need!
Epsom Hospital Radio is a registered charity and receives no central funding. The fee you pay to hire us all goes to the essential running cost of our FREE service to the patients and staff at Epsom General Hospital Radio.
You can hire our outside broadcast equipment and a team to provide the entertainment starting from just £150.
If a booking is longer than average, requires us to hire some specialist equipment (such as extra speakers to cover a larger area), or requires extra travel, the cost may go up, though we will still be as cheap as we possibly can!
